If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. PRE-ORDERS
We occasionally offer products available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:Pre-ordered items are non-refundable, except in the case of a product defect or if we are unable to fulfill the order.All pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. REFUNDS
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

RETURNS
Returns can be made by mail. To return a product by mail, follow the following procedure:
