The Ball Depot officially launched on April 7, 2026 and is based in British Columbia Canada.
Why should I buy from the Ball Depot?
We bring all types of balls together in one place - novelty balls, puzzle balls, pet toys, sports balls and more. Instead of searching across multiple stores, you can find what you need right here at The Ball Depot. We are also dedicated on sourcing unique, quality, and fun ball products that you won't easily find in regular stores. Our goal is to bring joy and entertainment through creative, unique and playful balls.
What types of products do you sell?
We specialize in a wide variety of balls and ball associated products including novelty balls, puzzle balls, pet balls, sports balls, exercise balls, stress balls, decorative balls, kids balls, ball games and many other unique and fun ball themed items
What if I can't find what I am looking for on your website?
On the home page there is a form where you can request us to find what you're looking for. We will try our best to find it for you through our suppliers and wholesalers.
Do you manufacture your own products?
No. The Ball Depot is an online retailer. All products are sourced from trusted third-party manufacturers and suppliers around the world.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we ship only to Canada and the United States. Please check back in the near future for updates. International shipping is something we plan on to offer in the near future. If you're outside of Canada or the US, feel free to contact us at admin@theballdepot.com so we can notify you when international shipping becomes available.

Are your products safe for pets and children?
Many of our products contain small parts that are not recommended for pets or children under 3 years old or unsupervised pets. Always follow the safety instructions included with your items.
