We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return process:
- Contact our support team at admin@theballdepot.com to initiate a return.
- Reply to our email with clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.
- Wait for our return authorization before shipping anything back.
- Ship the item using a traceable and insured shipping method.
Refund process:
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment except on pre-orders. It can take up to 10 days for the refund to show up on your bank statement.
Non-refundable items
- Custom products (including personalized, made-to-order, or specialty manufactured items)
- Items purchased in the wrong size or colour
- Items purchased due to change of mind or purchaser regret.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders can be cancelled within 48hrs with a full refund to the original payment method. After 48 hours , cancellations are eligible for store credit only. Store credit expires within 90 days from being issued..
Store Credit and Gift Cards
All store credits and gift cards are final sale. They are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Store credits will expire 90 days from the date issued.
Important note
Any shipping costs (both to and from THE BALL DEPOT or designated return facility), duties, taxes, import fees for international orders or any other fees associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
