We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Return process:
- Contact our support team at admin@theballdepot.com to initiate a return.
- Reply to our email with clear photos and a detailed description of the defect.
- Wait for our return authorization before shipping anything back.
- Ship the item using a traceable and insured shipping method.
Refund process:
- After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-refundable items
- Custom products (including personalized, made-to-order, or specialty manufactured items)
- Items purchased in the wrong size or colour
- Items returned due to change of mind or purchaser regret.
Any shipping costs (both to and from THE BALL DEPOT or designated return facility), duties, taxes, import fees for international orders or any other fees associated with the return are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
