RETURNS

Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email us at admin@theballdepot.com or through our Contact Us page.

REFUNDS

Contact us within 24 hours for a full refund. (Some exceptions apply). After 24 hours, only a store credit will be issued.

For Pre-orders, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours, only a store credit will be issued.

For returns on defective or damaged items a full refund will be given to original payment method.
