Shipping times may vary based on the shipping method, location and weight of your order. Orders are processed within 2-7 business days and typically arrive within 5-25 business days.

• Economy  18-40 business days
• Express: 5-14 business days

United States:

• Standard: 10-35 business days
• Economy 18-50 business days

Pre-orders are shipped out based on priority when item becomes available. (first come first serve)

RETURNS

Defective or damaged items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Email us at admin@theballdepot.com or through our Contact Us page.

REFUNDS

Contact us within 24 hours for a refund. (Some exceptions apply). After 24 hours, only a store credit will be issued.

For Pre-orders, contact us within 48 hours for a refund. After 48 hours, only a store credit will be issued.

For returns on defective or damaged items a full refund (minus 5% processing fee) will be given to original payment method or issued as in-store credit at our discretion.
